It’s not very often that you meet a couple like these two. Jarel + Cailey have been together 8 yrs and so many people have been looking forward to this day. The 15 wks leading up to their wedding was mostly spent apart as Jarel finished training at the police academy, so being together on their wedding day was that much more meaningful to them.
