Jacob + Katie | Jester Park Engagement Session

Jacob + Katie went to the same undergraduate and connected their senior year around Halloween. Katie was in the process of preparing to study abroad in New Zealand and Jacob was preparing to move for graduate school in North Carolina. So in other words, neither of them were looking for love. In the moments they spent together leading up to Katie’s trip, they fell for each other quick! While she was away for three months, Jacob sent letters, texted her “good morning” and “good night” every day, and even arranged for flowers to be delivered to Katie’s host family’s house after her first week of student teaching in Auckland. After Katie came back to the US, they spent the summer together whenever they could. They decided to move to North Carolina together that August, and have been going on adventures ever since. They’re the cutest and we had so much fun running around Jester Park together!
